Preschool enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year has been paused. The website will be updated if there are any changes.

THE ADMISSION PROCESS:

Step 1: Email Shari Ackels at sackels@phps.org, or call the Preschool office at 214-369-1395, for program information.

Step 2: Schedule a Preschool tour, if interested.

  • Tours are scheduled beginning in October.

Step 3: Pick up the enrollment packet from the Preschool Office when available (late Dec.- early Jan.)

Step 4: Complete and return the enrollment form and fees according to schedule below:

  • Returning Families: First two weeks of January, for assured placement.

  • Church Members: Third week of January. Available spaces will be filled on a first-come basis.

  • New Families: Last week of January. Available spaces will be filled on a first-come basis. 

Immunization Policy:   All PHP Preschool students are required to have a signed Physician Statement form and proof of current immunizations. An exemption from immunizations for medical reasons will require a written and signed statement from a board-certified physician. An exemption from immunizations for reasons of conscience will not be accepted. 

 

Tuition and Fees

  • Young Toddler, Older Toddler, Young 2's Classes:

    -Enrollment fee: $400

    -1 Day: $260/month (9 months) or $2,340/annual

    -2 Days: $520/month (9 months) or $4,680/annual

    ***For ALL STUDENTS the last month's tuition and enrollment fee must be paid at the time of registration.

    These are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • PreK 2 Day, 3 Day, 5 Day Classes:

    -Enrollment fee: $500

    -2 Day - $485/month (9 months) or $4,365/annual

    -3 Day - $625/month (9 months) or $5,625/annual

    -5 Day - $835/month (9 months) or $7,515/annual

    ***For ALL STUDENTS the last month's tuition and enrollment fee must be paid at the time of registration.

    These are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • Families choosing the annual tuition payment plan may submit payments directly to the PHP-Preschool office, or pay through FACTS. Preston Hollow Presbyterian Preschool uses the FACTS Management Company to process monthly, semi-annual, and annual tuition payments. Convenience, flexibility, and secure online access to individual account information are advantages of the FACTS Management Company.

    Each school year families may pay their tuition in one of the following ways:

    -Payment in Full: ($5 annual FACTS Fee)

    -Payment directly to PHP-Preschool by check or cash will entitle you to the lowest tuition level with no fee charged.

    -Annual payment due by July 1st - For All Classes

    For annual and all deferred payments, tuition may be paid through FACTS. Please see our tuition payment through FACTS tab to learn more.

  • For annual and all deferred payments, tuition may be paid through one of the following methods:

    Payment in Full: ($5.00 Annual FACTS Fee)

    Automatic Bank Payment(ACH) or Credit Card (with a fee) paid through FACTS in July. Payment dates are offered on the 5th or the 20th.

    Monthly: ($50 annual FACTS fee):

    Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) or Credit Card (with a fee) paid through FACTS over 8 months (July - February). Payment dates offered on the 5th or 20th.

    Semi-annual: ($15 annual FACTS fee):

    Automated Bank Payment (ACH) or Credit Card (with a fee) paid through FACTS in July and December. Payment dates are offered on the 5th or 20th.

    Our partnership with FACTS provides our staff and the PHP-Preschool community with technology like eCashier, a secure web-based enrollment process. This option is available for new families enrolling in the program. Please look for the link on our school website during the registration period.
